Abstract The unique physical and chemical properties of graphene enable it to be widely used in optoelectronic devices, the important prerequisite for its functionalization application is hene patterning technique. However, traditional patterned preparation methods will introduce impurities defects process, which affect performance devices. We developed a method directly grow graphene, then transfer flexible substrate fabricate Flexible electroluminescent devices were fabricated functionally tested.
